- ECE CFeb 14, 20261.0Very unprofessional service first they left a very large mess of glass everywhere in my vehicle the the brought defective glass and I had to wait an additional 3 days for some lady to install the new glass that also has imperfections in it now I have to get it replaced again due to the junk aftermarket glass the use very unsatisfied with the service and they should give me a full refund so I can go to a professional glass service and have it professionally installed the did more bad then good till this day glass is still falling through my quarter panels hands down choice I ever made wouldn't recommend them to anyone ever

I was told it would take 2 hours. 4.5 hours later I had left without the trim pieces and wiper motor installed and somehow more glass in the rear of my vehicle than arrived…tech told me wiper motor/trim pieces needed to be installed by dealership because they couldn’t at the shop…upon going to dealership we found out the wrong glass was installed and I was charged for that visit and unable to get the pieces reinstalled. Finally got the right glass & installed now Safelite will not reimburse me money wasted at the dealership due to their initial error. Manager refuses to contact despite several attempts

I wish I had brought my laptop to work a little. There was no photos of the full waiting area posted yet to indicate there was a very nice countertop to be able to easily work from. I figured I should take some photos while I was there for others who may use Google maps photos to do reconnaissance before their appointment.
