There are also three small chips on the INSIDE of the glass. Further, they left tiny glass shards all over the dashboard, in the speakers, and in the vents. I was probably better off with the giant crack I had in my windshield over this poor job.

Took two and a half hours and the technician told me all the systems had been calibrated back to factory specifications. I got home and noticed the windshield trim was not installed correctly. I called and was told I had to return to the installation center in case the windshield had to be removed to fix this. Drove there and the technician fixed it in two minutes. A few days later the windshield wipers did not function in rain. Called them back and they sent a technician who fixed this in 5 minutes. I should have had him as the technician who did the install. Disappointing does not cover this.....

Said I’d have to pay a dealership out of pocket when it’s an insurance claim. Wasted my time and his. Talk to insurance and reschedule. 5 WEEKS waiting and multiple calls to be told there was a “glitch” in their system and we don’t even have us on radar. We kept getting “deleted”. Another 2 weeks and we finally set up a date for today via phone w a person. 1 hour after scheduled over phone, we get email saying for tomorrow vs today. I call back and she assured me today. Now we get an email today saying glass isn’t in and we have to wait 2 more weeks!!! Update: They can’t even put in service address correctly. Used my home numbers but put in my work city. And they were here previously!! WHAT. A. JOKE. USE SOMEONE ELSE
