I was relieved that we got to the store before it was closed. As I reached for the battery in the back, all I saw was the the worker RUN to the door, stare at me, and lock it. There was no asking what I needed, if i was going to be quick, or a simple apology for closing early. Im really confused as to why she allowed other plain clothed people in there but felt the need to RUN to the door to lock me out. Screw me and my family I guess. I acknowledge that it was close to closing time and that she wanted to go home early. However, a simple act of friendly customer service would have been nice.

When I walked I was pleasantly greeted told Jason what I needed he explained everything they had to offer so that I could make an informed decision. Then I asked Jason if he would be so kind in helping put them on with no hesitation he gladly did that and put in windshield fluid that I purchased there as well in this cold weather . Jason went above and beyond thank you !!!

She didn't know how to do it and she asked the other employee, who clearly had no interest in helping. She took it upon herself to say "Let me look up a video to try to learn". We walked out into the parking lot and she was having trouble getting them on. 2 other customers in the lot came over to help. But she didn't just watch...she made sure they showed her how to do it so she could do it the next time. Kuddos to her for having some motivation to learn and to want to help the customer.
