I researched, and due to time thought the free installation would be helpful. I arrive and waited while a phone call was completed. Hi, I'm here for a battery. Pf, ok. What's the vehicle. Vehicle is this model this year and that engine. Employee - well I just have the 1, do you want this? Me - yep, I looked online and saw that was all you had. Oh, can you install it too? Employee - pfft, no way, I'm the only one here, maybe later today. Um, ok, I can do it later too at this point. Do you have car remote batteries? Ya, they're over there by the truck stuff you'll see them. Ok, do you have a way to open the fob to make sure I get the right one? Huh, no, I don't know how to open those. Ok, nevermind I'll do that later too. Normally I wouldn't complain but after spending a premium on an item, would have hoped for slightly better customer service. I get it though, we all have those days.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
