I really like that they do the maintenance check (fluids, tire pressure, battery life, lights, etc). If they see anything, they'll mention it and offer to repair/replace. They will also give you an honest answer about how how important/immediate the issue is. Although they offer the other services that you may need, I have never felt pressured or thought that they were actively trying to sell me anything. Five Stars :)

When I got home to do that, was surprised to see that they managed to get oil spilled on the radiator shroud and oily finger prints on engine shroud. Was also surprised to see that the washer fluid was not topped off. Went back next day and talked with the same manager that was on duty when I was there for oil change. He offered to 'wipe' up oil mess and fill washer fluid. As he was not "in charge" of the top side, he could not vouch for "what was and wasn't done". He is the manager, manage your workers, make sure they are doing things corre.
