They were completely booked up with other waiting customers but the team patched my tire so I could get to a nearby place to have it fully repaired. - TBTim BirkenstockJun 30, 20255.0Jeff and Mark are the best. Responsive, articulate, fair and honest. They are complete with their assessment and practical in their recommendations. (if I cant afford all of the repairs they advise on "needed now, can wait, sort of advice) They are also great "sleuths". They can figure out the root of problems, where many others fail and just use a "remove and replace" approach. I can't imagine asking more from any repair shop. They are the Best.
