- EVElijah & VeronicaAug 27, 20255.0We recently were hit by a stray chain/hook that fell off a trailer. The front passenger side of our hood had a softball sized dent in it. We went through insurance and were able to get our hood replaced through Gerber. I have absolutely no complaints with them!! They were amazing, kind and very communicative. If I have any car troubles in the future I will definitely take my car here!
- KIKarrigan ImmNov 7, 20241.0I always meant to make a review on my experience with this business but never got around to it. Early this year my now husband hit a deer with my car, I had to take my car to a shop to get the damage appraised for my insurance. When they did the appraisal and gave me the estimate of damage. I told the employees at Gerber that I didn’t want it to get fixed. It was pretty much cosmetic damage and there wasn’t much that was really that bad. I am assuming one of the managers pushed me to get it fixed, and I continued to decline. Then the same manager said to me along the lines of- your a young kid, I have young kids myself but if my kids decided to half ass a job like that i would be extremely disappointed in them. Then proceeded to continue to push me to get it fixed until i finally said fine just do it. I’m not mad about any other experience with this company, not even how long it took to get my car back. I was livid with how they treated me and manipulated me into getting my car fixed when I made it clear that I didn’t want that. I truly hope that they never do that to anyone ever again. Doing that to someone just to get money is just plain wrong.
