I was given an initial rate for the amount of days I was going to be renting the vehicle and was told there were no other hidden fees. Although, after learning about security deposit and insurance fees it got pretty pricey. I do believe that I should’ve been made aware of these things before the day I was to pick up the car. The initial price of $561.40 changed to over $1,000 with an included refundable $300 security deposit. Aside from that though the customer service was great and Aaron was very friendly and professional. I would recommend renting from Enterprise and would personally rent again if needed.
