- JJjj2 days ago1.0Great service but aweful follow up and response to a question/concern. Had an oil change in Nov and had issues with oil leaking. Called the store simply to ask and gave a detailed message for the manager to call back. No response in two days so I did it again. To date no response at all. Also went on the corp website and explained. Site says I should have a reply within 24-48 hours. It’s well past that. So, I took it to my jeep guy and the dealership. Both said it was caused from over tightening the oil filter housing. Repair was $1200. Poor customer service and general care overall. I wasn’t placing blame and simply wanted to ask about it originally. This must be the culture apparently within the company.
