- ABAlexandra Sweet Bayer6 days ago5.0Great customer service from Mike McHugh. A deer ran into the side of my SUV and my insurance company recommended Merton Auto Body. I brought my car in on a Tuesday for an estimate and I asked how long it would take to complete the repairs. He said maybe a week and a half and I let him know that the next day I was leaving on vacation for a week and if I could drop my car off then and just leave it, would it be possible for them to start the work. He said he would order the parts right away and they could start work the next day when I dropped the car off. When I arrived back into town the following week Tuesday, while I was on the plane I had a voice mail saying my car was ready!! This was so quick and excellent customer service. It also avoided the hassle of me having to rent a car. It was much appreciated that Mike was able to work so quickly and get this done. The quality of the repairs looks great too!
