  I have never been more disappointed with the professionalism of a business. I made an appointment there for someone to look at my vehicle to hopefully diagnose a problem that’s been going on. The appointment was for 1230 and when I showed up there a was a little post it on the door “out for lunch, back at 100.” There was no attempt at communication before my scheduled appointment, and after 115 I had finally said enough left. And throughout the rest of the day there was no effort made to contact me about rescheduling. Very disappointing

  I highly recommend this shop for all your vehicle repair needs. They replaced a faulty part in my car for a fair and reasonable price. Family owned, excellent service, cute shop dogs, and quality mechanics! Thank you again!

  I was referred to Auto Pros by the shop manager at Arrowhead Auto Body (formerly Len’s) of Superior. My daughter’s car needed a faulty heating and cooling blower door switch replaced. I replaced the first one that failed myself but could not reach this one because of its location. My daughter had called several shops on her own and they quoted her some ridiculously high prices. The staff at Auto Pros were friendly and helpful and completed the work the same day. Most of the cost was the labor involved and the price she paid was hundreds less than what other shops quoted. I’m guessing these other shops gave her a “nuisance quote” because they didn’t want or know how to do the job. Thanks Auto Pros. You have new customers now.
