  I’ve been a long time user of AMSOIL products. Recently I decided I should get an account and unfortunately that is where the good times ended. I’ve placed 2 orders totaling about $500 in AMSOIL merch and office crap because why not support a company you like? Well I paid the orders thru PayPal it shows paid on my end. Their invoices say paid they shipped the product and now I’m getting emails about unpaid invoices. Insinuating I either tried to scam them or I can’t pay my bills. One why would PayPal show paid? Two why would your invoices show paid? Three why would you ship product without payment or a line of credit established? I also find it curious that one of the first reviews I read is a similar issue regarding a billing error. It’s sad as I opened an account to simplify my life buying fluids from one customer and now I’ll never buy another AMSOIL product again

  I had a very disappointing experience. My delivery was delayed so much that I couldn’t use the product when I needed it. On top of that, after failing to charge me correctly at the time of purchase, your team repeatedly contacted me about a small outstanding invoice. This was frustrating and unexpected. Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations of Amsoil, and I’m strongly considering not renewing my membership. I am unable to respond to your (Amsoil) response, saying you credited my account. That is false. I spoke with a rep, and they said they would, and I continued to be emailed and called about the invoice, so I paid it to ensure it wouldn't go to collections and tarnish my credit. Amsoil did nothing for this issue.

  Using your find vehicle products filter, you chose the wrong oil filter for me twice. I emailed customer service which apparently passed it onto tech service which was no help at all, just asked a bunch of questions which were answered in my original email. They didn't offer a refund, exchange or credit. Didn't even try to help find the correct filter for my vehicle. What a joke. I will not purchase another oil filter from Amsoil since you can't trust their site to find you the correct one. I already paid the $20 to be a preferred customer which is a waste of money! I would give zero stars if it was an option.

  Not Impressed at all. For the extra money amsoil costs over store bought oil i seen no benefit from it. Not fuel economy or engine noise/smoothness.. ill never purchase again/not worth double the cash.
