- IMIce MarieOct 28, 20254.0i brought my 2014 Mercedes in for a oil change brought my own oil. The technicians was very hesitant at first because the oil didn’t specify European on it but was able to call my dealer in front of them and verify that indeed was able to use it. While others was admit on not touching my vehicle WILL was able to reassure me in making me feel 1100% trust worthy of him doing my oil change I wanted to leave but again WILL made me feel like my car was safe with him so I wanted give him credit for turning my feelings around by the end of the service great job WILL keep up the good work . As for the lady that said she wasn’t touching my vehicle I think next time you should pull manager aside and make your recommendations as you made me feel uncomfortable I wanted and that I wasn’t sure if you even was confident enough in doing oil change so for future reference whatever your not comfortable with you should pull manager aside to not risk running a customer away ☺️ great day
