  The service manager (Andrea Ziegler) is amazing to work with. Any issues that I had, she addressed right away. It was a pleasure working with her. I have been to many Bodyshop's both personal and business and Andrea made sure my concerns were met. Thank you to Andrea and her team at Gerber!!!!

  Only used Gerber for an estimate. Insurance decided the damage was too great so I didn’t get any repairs. They were polite, professional and quick. Only 4 stars bc I asked for an additional separate estimate and they said it would be no problem but they never did it.

  So yesterday we experienced corruption first hand with this company. My daughter was in a small fender bender. State Farm Insurance partners with this collision company. So they had my daughter’s car towed here. Gerber has some kind of deal themselves with a Midas oil change and repair located right across from them. Instead of Gerber doing what they’re contracted to do with State Farm, they sent my daughter vehicle over to Midas without informing her. State Farm refused any repairs claiming wear and tear but State Farm doesn’t use Midas for repairs . We go to pick up the car from Gerber but was sent to Midas who then tells use we can’t get the car unless we pay their diagnostic fee which was $189.10. After a brief confrontation they realize the jig was up. They tried to pull a swift one on a law major. She gave up the keys and asked that if we would consider using them for repairs if needed in the future. No we will not. Word to the masses. If you get into an accident you can refuse to go to the insurance recommended repair facility. They are a partnership to help save the insurance company money. They will also second hand fix your vehicle. Wish my daughter knew this ahead of time.

  I visited Gates a couple months ago after I got in an accident. I was hesitant about getting my car fixed because I didn't have the money to pay my deductible, but Gates told me they had a deductible assistance program that allowed me to make small payments on my deductible monthly. I was very impressed with how easy the process was, they worked side by side with my insurance and I didn't have to do anything. They provided me a rental car and called me when my car was finished. The whole process was smooth and easy, and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this place for collision repairs!

  Heading to Gates today. This will be my 3rd time using their service. Wouldn't go back if they didn't give great service. I highly recommend Gates Auto!
