- SBStacey BlancoDec 30, 20251.0The worst experience I had dealing with getting a battery. I came in looking for a battery for my car and my car is an old 1997 mini cooper imported from Japan. I knew they weren’t going to have it but wanted to get something similar for the time being as I’m getting parts imported. I was getting help by a nice gentleman but I had told him they weren’t going to have it and he continued to question me as if I haven’t check all over for it. Then another employee came to assist when we were checking batteries. It was a woman with the worst attitude. She started questioning me about checking other places and checking with mini cooper as if I didn’t and then kept repeating about me not getting warranty on the battery. I kept telling her the warranty is not a big deal. I’m trying to get something similar until I get my actual battery in. I had to tell her that she doesn’t need to give me attitude. I don’t know what is it with these auto stores but if I’m coming in for one thing I would prefer not to be talked to as if I don’t know what I’m doing or given attitude.

His service was beyond excellent and I was able to get the right parts for the job I was working on (I was replacing the fool pumps in my gas tank.) This employee I think deserves a raise for his great customer service. I can’t remember his name but he has slightly darker than average complexion who thankfully had no tattoos anywhere on his face. I also felt heard and cared for as he paid attention to me when I spoke and asked questions and he did not once roll his eyes at me which is great. Overall wonderful experience, I plan to shop here again.

They always have my back. One gentleman gave me a discounts. Also I purchase an alternator but it wasn’t good. They blessed us with a brand new one with no up charged. They always have encouraging words. Conversations never disappoint. They do treat me as family. There is an older gentleman that told me to go for my dreams of being a mobile mechanic. My friend I did. I have my first client these week. Thank you and thank the whole team! All of you have impacted me!!! See you around. -Ethan
