Very cooperative staff, willing to help and byond
My girlfriend came here after work due to car battery issues. Apparently they tested the battery and found it was bad yet refused to help her install a new one. It takes about 2 minutes to install a car battery… Absolute peak laziness. I have had autozones assist with this in the past. My guess is they were too lazy and realized a lone woman is unlikely to push them to actually do anything.

I stopped in this morning because my check engine light came on Friday morning before a weekend trip. Dylan was nothing less than miraculous. He did a scan, and came back and explained everything to me. He was kind and extremely thorough. After explaining, he said the light should go out within 100 miles.
Here's more on him being miraculous. I walked to my car, and as I was driving out, I looked at the dash...the light was out!!!
Thank you, Auto Zone, for hiring such a fantastic man.

Had a problem with a battery purchased last year. Didn't know if they were going to do the right thing. But ultimately, manager-Amanda was very understanding! I wasn't sure if I would ever be shopping @ another AutoZone because of a mistake that almost cost $$! Thank you for doing the proper & correct thing! I've worked customer service all my life and understand the problem/pressure that comes with this profession. I will definitely patronize this business again!

I had an excellent experience at AutoZone today thanks to Emily. One of my brake lights went out right before an important appointment, and I had no idea how to replace it. Emily not only helped me find the right bulb, but she also changed it for me herself and took the time to teach me how to do it so I can handle it on my own next time.
She was super friendly, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond. You don’t often find customer service like that anymore.
