He installed them quickly and carried on a great conversation the whole time. I returned today needing a new battery and was pleasantly greeted by Kai again. He installed my new battery quickly and again was super kind and respectful. Management please take note when it comes time for his review. We need more Kai's in retail sales!

And then, to top it all off, they couldn't even help me with my wiper warranty because they said their system has not been working for over a month! Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
