  The Stevens Point employees were very courteous and helpful. They explained everything before we took off, so there weren't many questions left to ask. I had to change my pick up time and they had no problem adjusting it for me. Overall, a high quality experience.

  Lady said they don't offer military discount. You guys do offer active, retired and veteran discounts. I mean, Enterprise was named after a world war 2 aircraft carrier that the Founder served on. Very rude customer service. Probably shouldnt be in customer service if you can't properly service your customers politely.

  Extremely pleasant staff. They helped us add insurance that was forgotten when we booked and even worked with us to change it to a one day rental instead of two. It was especially appreciated because that meant less revenue for them, yet they were still genuinely kind and focused on helping us rather than upselling. The vehicle itself was clean in great condition and very comfortable. That level of honesty, care, and overall quality is rare and deeply appreciated.

  The Steven's point location could have been better, rental smelled like it was burning, system malfunctioning light was always on, shredded wipers, was nervous driving it the distance for work, when I first got it took it back was told they didn't have one to swap it out. I had to buy a phone mount for the rental as it wasn't updated with GPS or maps which was major for traveling for work. All other enterprise locations I give a 5 star
