- PGPat GaleckiOct 29, 20181.0With rain on Saturday glad I had a reservation for 16ft truck for move. Arrived from out of town on Sat to pick up but no one present during posted open hours so could not get truck. No answer on local phone even when Penkse call-center tried to reach them. Penske call-center offered truck from another town as possible replacement but too far to be feasible due to distance and timing. Ended up scrambling to borrow an open trailer and truck and tarping load due to rain which was very inconvenient.
