I mean, Enterprise was named after a world war 2 aircraft carrier that the Founder served on. Very rude customer service. Probably shouldnt be in customer service if you can't properly service your customers politely.

It was especially appreciated because that meant less revenue for them, yet they were still genuinely kind and focused on helping us rather than upselling. The vehicle itself was clean in great condition and very comfortable. That level of honesty, care, and overall quality is rare and deeply appreciated.

I had to buy a phone mount for the rental as it wasn't updated with GPS or maps which was major for traveling for work. All other enterprise locations I give a 5 star
