- KRKathy RammSep 13, 20252.0they were supposed to have replaced a new floor in my handicap van but when u took it in to mobility works in greenbay ti find out if they were interested in purchasing my van they told me the bottom of my van which was supposed to be cut out and replaced was never done. they told me they had covered up the floor with some type of insulation. also said there were holes all over u can see outside the van. nothing was replaced just covered up. also state payed him almost 8,000 dollars and I have a botched modification van. I was told to report it to NMEDA ASSOCIATION WHICH I WiLL BE DOING on Monday also will be filing a complaint with NHTSA due to now being a safety hazard for anyone in wheelchair. thanks to mobility works for their inspection which has a NMEDA CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN FOR LETTING ME KNOW. I've made several calls to d&d automotive in Steven's point but always bring it back i ll look at it or a rude lady telling me it's been 2 yrs since they supposedly dud the job. I ll see what can be done to be able to transport a wheel chair in my vehicle
