    I never get the car I reserve. The online inventory isn’t accurate and you find out last minute when you expect a certain car and get something different. Upon arrival.

    Excellent customer service, very thorough, and very accommodating. Having the option to cancel a rental day without and penalties is a huge plus. Vehicle was nice and clean and pickup and drop off was super easy.

    My daughter recently got a rental truck there. Do to accident she was out of her truck had to get repaired. The other person's insurance was covering her damages and paying for her rental. First time we ever had to get a loaner. She walked around with a lady there the lady pointed out there was a small nic "" in the windshield but said it was nothing to be concerned. Bring the truck back a month later they are accusing her of the nic" in windshield that was there when we got it. I called there cause I thought that aint right there wrong. They were so rude towards me and then my daughter called talked to that lady asked her why shes not confessing what she said she hung up on my daughter. I called the manager then a week ago he told me he would find out what's going on and get back to me within 1 day its now a week later nothing? And still took 50 of my card no explanations . I called corporate office today they said they will see what's going on get back to me. This was 5 hours ago. Very disappointing.
