No parts were needed- they just needed to reprogram the computer that takes 30 mins. The problem is all over the internet concerning a glitch in the towing hookup. This should be covered under a recall. It's Very disappointing when people do business like this.

They all were very informative without pressure. I couldn’t be happier with the entire team and experience at Dahl whereas I had been to 2 other dealerships closer to my home where I felt pressured and lost confidence in them.
