  Bill Drivers did a great job of keeping us informed with ETA. We were picked up within an hour of calling and we were in Oconto county when we broke down.

  Very professional absolutely amazing my driver was Justin he did a phenomenal job he had the straps on and the car loaded and minutes gave us a nice warm ride home for me and my fiance who are stranded at 3AM in the morning.... Called all other towing places in the area that said there were 24 hours and nobody really answered..... American towing was our last hope and boy did they come through made sure we got home nice and safe dropped off our car in the spot we liked or wanted and they answer the phone promptly and accordingly and the dispatch was very professional and courteous I don't think I could ask for more.... Thank you American towing we will never forget when nobody else is there that you guys were:) Happy New Year to everybody at American towing you guys really went above and beyond for us and we greatly appreciate that for me and my fiance and family thank you again! Definitely recommend these guys 10 out of 10 for anybody that wants quick fast efficient service with amazing customer care!:)

  BILL Is great. Him and the guy that came to help. Our cyber truck died because there’s barely any charging ports in the area. He also waiting hours for us and helped us figure out how to jump and power it. He did not leave us in the cold, he actually cared and helped us, we are 4 hours away from home. Don’t know what we would’ve did without you guys!! Now we’re back on the road headed home. God bless your hearts 🫶🏽
