I had my spouse take off work so that someone could be home if they needed anything or the car moved to a better spot. The day of, they called and said the windshield didn't come in and we would to reschedule. So the spouse wasted a day off for nothing and the service representative called about the mishap and we rescheduled for 2 days after from 8am-12pm and I took the day off work so I could be there. Then again, no call or anything. I called the store around 1pm the day of the appointment and was wondering what happened. Some how, they took me off the appointment schedule and didn't know how it happened. So now, instead of them coming to me, I took my car to them the next morning to get it serviced just to make sure the job would get done. Just upsetting how there was really poor communication with what was happening and the on road technicians.
