This place is disgusting. I have to drive past it for the last five years it has looked like an absolute junkyard. I cannot believe the city or village allows them to use the road and their personal parking lot and work area while letting the outside look like this. Cars everywhere, clutter all over tires laying everywhere, fluids leaking all over ground into drains , and no regard for the surrounding area. If this is what the public sees from the street, I can only imagine what the inside looks like and how customers’ vehicles are treated.

It’s really sad that I feel the need to post this review about a professional company, but after what I witnessed yesterday, I don’t feel right staying quiet.
Yesterday I was a bystander at an accident on the north side of Port Washington by Piggly Wiggly. There were people injured at the scene. An officer on site waved down a tow truck that was passing through, which I’m assuming was to help clean up and assist with the situation. While that tow truck was loading a vehicle, another towing company, Eddie’s service pulled up. An older gentleman with white hair got out of the truck and immediately went over to the other tow operator.
What I witnessed next was honestly shocking. He started yelling, swearing, and telling the other tow driver to get out of the way. It was aggressive, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate, especially considering there were injured people at the scene. I could not believe I was watching a grown man act this way while another company was simply trying to help.
I felt terrible for the people involved in the accident and for the tow operator who was already there assisting. Based on what I saw, I would never want to use a company that conducts themselves like that in public, especially during an emergency.
I tried calling the company afterward to inform the owner about how their employee was acting, but I could not get through to anyone. After doing some quick research, I realized this was not the first time this company has been involved in behavior like this. There are multiple reports of them preying on people who need towing services and charging excessive amounts when law enforcement requests them.
This isn’t hearsay. I don’t know this company, and I’m not even from the area. It only took a few quick searches to see a pattern. What I witnessed firsthand, combined with what’s publicly available, made it very clear what kind of company this is.

I have taken my cars to Eddie’s for years. They look out for my safety and handle repairs proficiently. Besides that, it allows me to say hi to Paul, the owner, who consistently has a smile for all clients, which makes the mundane job of taking my car into the shop much more manageable. Thumbs up!
We had a scary incident on the hwy with our 2012 Ford Explorer on the way up North. We had to pull over in Saukville and asked a gas station where the nearest service shop was. We called Eddie's Service and Paul, the owner, came to us in less than 5 mins. He asked about the issue we were having and we told him that we had recently had a recall service at a Milwaukee Ford Dealership. He talked to the dealership directly and within a few minutes got us to his service garage and diagnosed the issue. He was able to fix the issue that could have been devastating and get us back on the road in less than 90 minutes. He also documented in writing and pictures the problem so we could show Ford. Eddie's Service is professional, honest and very reasonably priced. Eddie's is just a short 20 min drive from Whitefish Bay and I will not hesitate to bring my car back for any type of service. Paul and team were terrific.
