- RMRay MartinJul 7, 20251.0I meant to leave this a long time ago but I’m still pissed. I brought my car in to get the brakes fixed and left with more issues than I started with. The front desk was run by minors who had no idea what was going on. I sat in the shop for over 20 minutes with no one saying a word to me until someone finally tells me, “you can go now,” like I was just hanging out for fun. When I came back, my key fob didn’t work. It had just been replaced before I brought the car in, and now suddenly it’s dead. The mechanic couldn’t even figure out which key was mine off the wall. Total mess. And the best part? I was still having brake issues after they “fixed” them. I took the car to a shop in Glendale and they told me the brake pads were installed backwards. That’s not just really stupid , it’s dangerous. Never going back. Total joke of a shop.

- JLJohn LapotaMay 21, 20205.0My brakes failed getting off hwy 43 with my fiance. Thank God we were able to stop by downshifting and rolling in the grass on the off ramp. Eddie's was just around the corner so I called them even though I never worked with them before. They sent a tow truck within 10 minutes and got my blown brake lines replaced in an hour and a half. They had me in a vulnerable spot and could have taken advantage of me. They did not do this - they barely charged me for the tow and brake line replacement. They were very professional, friendly, fast and generous in their pricing and service. I would recommend them to anyone, FIVE STARS USE WITH CONFIDENCE!
