  My tires were shot and they helped me with my limited budget with a set of 4 used basically new tires for a very good deal. I super appreciate these folks.

  I had some serious front end work I need done on my Tahoe plus new tires and they were awesome. I did not have a mechanic set up yet since being in St. Croix Falls so this was my first time with them. I appreciated the ease of communication with the online/text stuff. I did end up speaking with them in the phone several times and they were always ready and willing/eager to help me out and answer questions. The work was a lot and it was done in a very timely manner within a day and half of drop off…pretty awesome. I believe Tom and the rest of the crew including technicians were professional. It is reassuring to have a good auto service place that seems to know what they are doing. While my bill was expensive, I do not believe it was marked up much at all. They seem to be open and honest and ready to serve knowing good and ethical service brings in loyal customers. Thank you so much. Greatly appreciated.

  Very impressed with the new owner and staff! Nice renovation of the waiting room and knowledgeable recommendations with timely and accurate work completed. I'm so happy this place is on the right track now and right here in Saint Croix Falls.

  Excellent experience. It only took a little while for my tires to be rotated and my oil changed. They’re very dog friendly, which is awesome because I take my dogs everywhere. The man at the front desk was friendly and helpful. I will for sure be back!

  Brought my skidsteer tire in the for repair of a slow leak. There is a valve stem location on each side of this rim. One stem has a plug and the one on the outside of the rim, that is accessable when mounted, is the primary one and the only one for filling with air. Saint Croix Tire and Auto put a tube in the tire which is good but they put the fill stem for the new tube on the inside of the rim. You cannot access the inside of the tire rim while its mounted to fill the tire with air. Being a "Tire" place they should have known to pay attention to what side of the rim the primary fill stem was located, before, seperating the rim from the tire and than put it back to together the same way. I had the tire fixed properly elswhere. 10/13 Reply to St Croix Tires reply: I see St Croix tire is trying to cover their mistake by shifting the blame to me. It was a simple tire repair with no explanation given by me or should have been needed from me. Why would there need to be any information provided when it was simple leaking tire repair brought to a tire repair business? All they needed to do was put the fill stem on the same side of the rim like it was when it was brought in. The repair was NOT DONE "CORRECTLY OR SAFELY" and it cost me more time, money, and down time with the tractor to correct their mistake. In their reply they say "Our team's intent was to get you back up and running quickly" I didn't say or indicate I needed it back quickly so I don't know why they state this except to shift the blame to me. From what I have learned when any process is sped up mistakes are made and that's apparently what happened here they sped through the process with their own push and made a mistake by not putting the fill valve stem on the correct side as it was when the tire was brought in. I would have had more respect for them if they were not trying to shift the blame, admit their error, learn from it, and better train the tech who made the mistake.
