- AKAndriy Kostyshyn1 day ago1.0This was one of the worst truck stops I’ve ever visited. Right at the entrance, there’s a sign saying they don’t have towels. When you go in and say you need a shower and have your own towel, the staff suddenly comes up with new excuses — like “the shower isn’t working.” It feels like they just don’t want to serve customers or are looking for any reason to refuse.
- VGVladimir Gorchak2 days ago1.0The staff verbally abused a customer, lashing out with profanities simply because they misheard a single digit while weighing an item. The customer attempted to explain that this was not an issue for him, but his words went unheard. An employee then hurled the object he was holding directly at the customer. No apology was offered to the customer—not even immediately afterward. It was only when an inquiry into the incident began that a different employee stepped forward to offer an apology on behalf of the company for their staff's behavior.

The showers and restrooms at this truck stop are clean and very well maintained. Staff here is very nice and helpful plus there is a McDonald’s restaurant at this truck stop.
