  While the office staff was very easy to get a hold of and professional, the repair process was sub par. My car was run into a tool box and dented in the front by the repair staff. It was repaired with body filler. Also my gas cap release was not hooked up again. I removed tape they used for masking. They agreed to fix it. I will be within the car again for this repair. I have never these problems at other body shops. I would try a new body shop next time I have repairs. One star is what I rate them.

  I recently had some minor damage in a hit and run incident in a store parking lot. After talking to my insurance company I took my truck to Gerber Collision in River falls for the repair. They did a great job on the repair and finished well within the estimated time they gave me. The staff there is very friendly and professional and kept me informed by text almost daily with the progress of the repair. I would use them again if ever needed.

  Gerber had my car twice as long as it was supposed to be 30 days I had a dumb rent a car just to replace tailgate. I have never had to leave a car mote than 1 week in my life no communication at all called after 2 weeks and they told me they didn't have parts yet why in God's name would they take my car if the parts weren't there then I was told they would make it right but when I went to get my car the manager tells me he couldn't get in touch with his boss so they did nothing for me would not recommend gerber to anyone they were very unprofessional through the whole thing 30 days to get a tailgate replaced never again

  Absolutely the place to go for any auto body work, hands down! Scott and Amy are super friendly and care about you and your schedule. I had a car wreck early November and the shop worked around the clock to make sure it was done by the time i had to travel for Thanksgiving. The work done was done very professionally and they even put my winter tires on for me while it was in the shop. Scott alos recommend I have my vehicle at his shop when the insurance guy was out to make sure the insurance company didnt cut me short on any repairs. Hove auto body definitely looks out for you! I will be going here for any future repairs!
