Absolutely terrible location with staff that's poorly trained, don't really know much about their products or care about their customers. Also, their pricing is atrocious! A couple of years ago those fine Americans left my boat sitting for almost 6 weeks before calling me to say that I needed to come sign a piece of paper so they could get me in line. I picked it up and took it elsewhere! Latest offense: called them to find out the recommended inflation for the tires on my Tracker trailer that I haul my Tracker boat around on...which they sold. Nobody had a clue. Won't be calling them again and they will never be considered when it's time to repair or replace this boat. You guys are dead to me!

- ALAmanda LafkyAug 3, 20251.0A few weeks ago, we noticed our pontoon was noticeably leaning, and a significant amount of water drained out when we brought it up on the lift. We immediately dropped it back into the water, located the exact spot where air was bubbling out, and even had three people in the water confirm the issue. We temporarily patched it with tape and brought the boat in for what we assumed would be a straightforward repair. Despite clearly describing the location of the leak and the symptoms we experienced, we were told that every possible test had been run and no leak could be found. Oddly enough, this “thorough” inspection somehow missed the exact issue we pointed out. Our attempts to explain the problem seemed to be met with disinterest or confusion, and unfortunately, it felt like the staff had little motivation to investigate further—especially surprising given the boat is still under warranty. We ultimately gave up trying to push for the repair, which now in hindsight feels like a waste of time. Unsurprisingly, once the pontoon was back in the water, it began leaning to the same side within minutes—precisely the issue we initially brought it in for. Disappointing doesn’t quite cover it.
