He called one of his techs to run by him what I was asking and the tech was game so I made an appointment for the next day. Given that it was a moving piece of glass that needed their attention, they asked to keep the vehicle over the weekend which was not a problem. A couple of years later and the sliding rear window on our F150 is still attached as it should be and working properly. Ford went cheap but Safelife fixed their mistake and only charged me about a hundred bucks - a very fair price in my opinion. WTH Ford - double-sided tape, really?!?
