  I stopped by looking to get an oil change. Travis and the other gentleman, I didn't catch his name, they both were pretty amazing. Very quick and identified a small oil leak around the oil pan gasket. I appreciate their great service. 100% recommended.

  Wish I could give zero stars. Have been there twice, both times staff was pushy and rude. Often refusing to service vehicles unless I choose a more expensive option. Would not recommend.

  The team that took care of me were very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. We were able to talk and go over my vehicles needs. Very professional I will be bringing my other vehicles there

  Absolutely great. The girl that was above was super friendly and kind. She was having a great time jamming out. She went through it all checked the battery showed me on the screen that I was down 200 cold cranking amps. She showed me the air filter was nasty and looked it up right away and they had one in stock. Showed me the new one she put it. She even showed me the dipstick after she filled it up. Super knowledgeable. She even noticed that the plastic on the wipers was deteriorating and offered the replacement if I wanted. I declined for now. They even give a free touchless car wash after an old change. Not the cheap 7 dollar option nope the 11$ expensive one. Absolutely awesome experience will probably bring my truck back during winter months when it’s too cold to do them diy

  Left a wrench in my truck engine compartment and it fell out shortly after leaving their facility. Also my truck developed a large leak shortly after oil change. Called to get some help with the issue. Snippy response and completely unhelpful. Use a real mechanic if you want quality service. UPDATE: Corp. asked me to email them (publicly on my review) and discuss the issue. I think they must just post that for PR purposes. They have not responded. Also, the Clarissa or Carrissa that has gotten so many poor reviews is the same manager I had my unpleasant experience with. UPDATE: Coming up on a month and still no response from corporate. Don't trust this company with anything. Especially your vehicle!
