  Went in at 9 AM looking for a specific item. I quickly realized this item was out of stock, but the worker who has worked there for many years told me it would be coming in on their freight truck that just arrived and to come back later in the afternoon and it’ll be on the shelf. Parts store workers aren’t known to be very smart so before I left my house for my 25 minute drive to the parts store I called to confirm it’s on the shelf and I was told by the person that answered the phone that they have it in the back and he will get it for me. I arrive and it’s not on the shelf and nobody set it aside for me and the workers provided minimal help and told me to come back again tomorrow. So hopefully the third times a charm. There’s three other parts stores in Rice Lake go to any of them if you want some professionalism and you don’t like your time being wasted.

  Lady at counter got tired of trying t9 help me figure something out and in the process of asking if tgey had certain things she just started staring at me and said ya I dont know and just stared at me wouldn't look it up just stared guess I'm going to oriellys from now on
