- CVChris VassauxAug 24, 20255.0Rhinelander is really pretty far north in Wisconsin, while the location is pretty remote, the availability of rental cars is certainly appreciated! The airport in general tries very hard to make up for its lack of size, and this extends to the rental car desks.

Rhinelander is a tiny airport and has limited car rental hours synced to flight activity which can cause delays in obtaining your vehicle. Mallory was staffing the entire operation by herself, both the customer counter and cleaning/moving the vehicles. Mallory provides outstanding customer service with a positive attitude despite the corporate limitations. Thank you! (That said, the location would benefit from an assistant.)

On top of that, I left my laptop in the trunk when I returned the car. Another employee kept it safe until I was able to come pick it up. Seriously - thank you!!! Maybe next time I will have it together. Just be aware they do have weird hours but you can call the # at the desk if they aren't there.
