We couldn’t make it to our destination that night without a car so I was forced to get a hotel near the airport and pay for that one and the hotel at our destination plus the taxi to and from the airport once the rental car counter opened the next day!! What a disappointment and lots of incurred additional cost. Horrible experience and customer service.

It was late, dark, and snowy so I didn't think anything of it. When I returned the vehicle 3 days later no one was there to assess the vehicle. Got a call 5 hours later once I landed back home in St. Louis. The manager said to me I really damaged the vehicle. I asked what he was talking about? Fortunately since it was a work trip work covered the damages. Be careful and have someone inspect your vehicle both before and after drop off still dealing with these scammers 4 months later. Be careful out in Wisconsin, Enterprise should be ashamed of their scam ring there.
