  My first time using a dealership Friendly helpful staff Jack Patty and Eric made the process super easy. I wasn't sure id be leaving with a vehicle but they managed to pull it off and help me out. Thank you kindly for all you did grateful for you and your hard work

  UPDATE: Here is their unprofessional response to this review…proves my point - WORST DEALERSHIP EVER – DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. My experience with this dealership was nothing short of a nightmare. I test drove a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was priced suspiciously low. I asked Mike, the so-called sales manager, point-blank why it was so cheap and if there was anything wrong with it. He looked me in the eye and said there was nothing wrong with & it had a clean Carfax, no accidents, no damage – they “just wanted it off the lot.” That was the first lie. After selling my car, I came back and test drove it again. While driving, I tried to open the trunk – it wouldn’t open. Mike immediately snatched the remote, claiming it “wasn’t unlocked.” Another lie. The liftgate was faulty and needed repair. Despite these red flags, I bought the Jeep – and that’s when the nightmare really began. Once home, I discovered the vehicle had clearly been in some kind of accident. The paint job was atrocious – no clear coat, visible tape lines, orange peel texture, sagging, bubbling… it looked like someone had done it in their driveway with a spray can. Multiple people confirmed it was a botched repaint job. When I confronted the dealership, Mike finally admitted (after the sale, of course) that the bad paint job was the real reason for the low price. So yes – they flat-out LIED to my face when I specifically asked. I tried to return the vehicle, but conveniently, I couldn’t get ahold of anyone until the 3-day return window had passed. How convenient. The owner, Patty, and Mike were unbelievably rude, dismissive, and refused to take any responsibility. They actually had the audacity to say they “didn’t lie.” Really? What else do you call it when you deliberately hide damage after being directly asked? This dealership is the definition of shady. They mislead, they dodge phone calls, they refuse to stand behind their vehicles, and they’ll do whatever it takes to trap you into a bad deal. Save yourself the stress, money, and frustration – DO NOT buy from this dealership. They are liars and scammers.
