- KKKeithJun 22, 20251.0Had my insurance get in contact with Gerber to fix my truck. Someone tried to steal it and broke window, mirror and steering collar. Got a call from Insurance that the estimate was around $600. Hour later got another call from insurance and they said Gerber would not work on truck since it was so old 1993. And they had issues trying to start it and gas leak. When I called Gerber at first they said they were short staffed. I think they just do not have the technicians that know older trucks. Very disappointed in Gerber and American Family Insurance.
