The manager in training is very disrepectful and rude. I asked to see if he had a part in stock and he was complaining and making it seem like it was a huge deal to find the part, The other employes were very helpful and friendly, Dont go to this location if your looking for a part, the manager in training has to be talked to by a superviser.

The old woman with the yellow hair today was extremely rude. I needed help do finding an item. She’s said “you can see
The number can’t you?” When I said “yeah, I don’t have time” she said “ I don’t have time either”. To help a customer?! Is that not your job? Then people wonder why we order online. So we can avoid rude store workers. She needs retraining.

I visited AutoZone recently for a battery replacement and initially had a less than great experience with the cashier. She seemed disengaged and gave short responses, which was disappointing. I was told there was no one available to install the battery at that moment which I understood but unfortunately, my car died in the parking lot.
When we went back inside to ask for a jump, my car still wouldn’t start. That’s when Ken Price stepped in. Without hesitation, he offered to replace the battery himself. Despite likely having other tasks to manage, he handled everything quickly, professionally, and with a smile. His service was outstanding, and he made a frustrating situation so much easier to deal with.
Thank you, Ken, for going above and beyond you’re a fantastic employee!
