So the techs just don't feel like doing the services that are supposedly offered and can deny a customer as they please? Very unprofessional. And then to lie about "the lift can't hold the weight" that's nonsense and you know it. My single floor jack is rated for 3 tons and would lift the whole truck if I could balance it. You have four points of contact and two lifting cylinders. Don't play me for a fool.

They did not drag out the process. It was quick and I am thankful I stopped by there to get my oil changed.
