Asked for a tire rotation with my oil change, but they couldn’t do it cause my truck was too big?!? They told me I’d have to move to another stall after the oil change with a hour wait. The other stall is the same size as the others?!?! I declined since I have things to do and already sat there for 40 mins. Then while during my oil change, they spilled oil all over my manifold and some of my wiring. Didn’t realize it until I got home and could smell burnt oil. I sent in a survey response and below is the AI message I received… they didn’t even bother proofreading it before sending it! Needless to say myself and my family won’t be coming here again.
