Today I met Gunnar, Logan, Autumn and Lilian and they crushed it with the customer service excellence that the old Penzoil used to have. Please keep up the great work and do great things! Great people, professional work with a great attitude. (Years ago a different Valvoline forgot to put in my dipstick and I got home and had no oil left, I had to go back and get it from them, and there was a trail of oil from the store to my apartment. It wasn't this store that did it, but it did sour my experience with the whole brand until today)

He was proactive in Getting rid of the oil change message on my dashboard for me. He kept me up-to-date as to what was being done and it was the shortest oil change I’ve ever experienced. My car runs so much better now. All of the crew at this Valvoline were excellent, polite and professional. I really appreciated it. It will definitely be returning for future oil changes.
