  The team was great, everyone worked together like a well oiled machine (no pun intended!) Everyone was super friendly. It was my first time coming here, and from the tech that greeted me and told me where to wait in line, to the people that I spoke with while getting my services done, everyone was amazing. No high pressure sales tactics, either. I will definitely be coming here for my services again (and also inspections since I see you do that as well.) I will also be recommending you to people I know! Note: My services did take a while (20-30 min?) , but that was because I had both an oil change and transmission fluid change, and then added the radiator flush after the fact.

  My family has been going to this Valvoline location for 20 years. Always excellent and competent service. Not sure what happened but the service has slipped dramatically. Below my required standards. Four cars, never going back! Training is important. These clowns were either not trained or poorly trained. They aren’t touching my cars

  Do not take your car here!!!! Phillip ans his team of inept technicians are clueless liars that did $700 in damages to my vehicle, and I still dont know how much damage was done to my engine without a 7k teardown and inspection. These people cant put a lock-ring into a filter, and then Phillip lied about my vehicle repair report, the time driven since my oil change, and the assessment given by superior mechanica at Heiser Toyota so he could deny culpability. They investigated themselves while holding zero relevant information or evidence then cleared themselves of wrong doing as if they had any ability to do so. If you want a working, functioning, reliable vehicle for years to come skip this junk shop. They will ruin your vehicle. Go through the reviews and theyve damaged 6 vehicles severely in recent history and refused to pay for a single one of their mistakes. This is the filter job they did. Caused engine malfunction while I was driving after 3 months of no oil flow in my engine. See you in small claims, Valvoline!

  Absolutely terrible service. I used to always get my oil done here. I went to get an oil change and when I left, an alert pops up saying low tire pressure. Weird because they just put air in my tires. I swing back and have to wait in line again. They tell me it’s just a “rotational” thing and give it time. Days later I go to fill air myself and discover one of the tire caps missing. They lost my tire cap and didn’t mention it and said it was a “rotational” thing. A professional business dealing with cars that knows nothing about cars.
