Oct 31, 2025, Kaleb(supposed to be manager) waited until my service was done to tell me that their payment system is down(for Apple Pay). Why he didn’t say that before the service, I don’t know. So he proceeded to MANUALLY insert my card number. It went through, I showed him proof by pulling up my bank app. He proceeded to do a refund and asked for another card number. Why? This is the DUMBEST MANAGER EVER. Then he lied about the refund, said he called his Boss and customer service to issue a refund. Customer service said there is no active refund in place.
