  My recent visit to Tommy’s Express Car Wash was exceptional from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was impressed by the efficiency, organization, and professionalism of the entire operation. The staff at the entrance were courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive, ensuring the process was simple and stress-free. One employee even took the extra step to verify that my wash went well. That was greatly appreciated. The wash itself delivered excellent results. The system is well-designed, allowing for a smooth entry and exit, and my vehicle came out thoroughly clean and well-protected. I also value the fact that Tommy’s maintains high standards by not washing overly rusty vehicles — it shows a strong commitment to both customer safety and equipment care. Overall, Tommy’s Express sets a high bar for quality and service. I highly recommend visiting if you’re looking for a dependable, efficient, and professional car wash experience. I will certainly be returning.

  WOW!! Tommy’s is on a whole different level! I’ve been counting down the days for this place to open, and it was so worth the wait. I went all 10 days of the free washes because it was THAT good! Right from the start, the customer service blew me away. The employees at the red tent were incredibly friendly and genuinely wanted to help. One of them even double-checked with his manager to make sure he was giving me the right info while helping me set up the app — that level of care is rare! Huge shoutout to the whole management team and all the employees. You can tell they take pride in what they do. And the wash itself? AMAZING. Super smooth, super clean, and the easy on/off system is awesome. I also love that Tommy’s doesn’t wash rusty vehicles — it shows they really care about protecting everyone’s cars. If you haven’t checked out Tommy’s Express yet, you NEED to. Seriously, go experience it for yourself — you won’t be disappointed! I’ll definitely be back again and again!

  Tommy's Express is one of the best car washes in Oshkosh. The staff there was very helpful especially with some of the equipment I wasn't used to (e.g. Matt cleaner). Everyone had a smile and was very welcoming. Shoutout to a cashier named Brett, he was incredibly informative and respectful during my visit. He explained all the car wash options clearly and made sure I understood what I was paying for. Great customer service—he made the whole experience quick and pleasant. Overall there was only one thing I wish would be improved is the transition for putting the cars in neutral, my car was sliding in drive because the sign was delayed for putting my car in neutral. Enjoyed my experience and will definitely still come back!

  My 4yr old son has been watching this be built for what feels like months. He was so excited to come go through it when it finally opened. 11/12/25 we stop after our appointment. We pull up in my minivan to the cashier and she informs me that going through the car wash with rust can damage my vehicle and their machines. She comes out of the building to inspect my vehicle. Now I do have a small spot next to the sliding door on my driver side, and we got through car washes allllll the time. The rest of the van is more than fine. She informs me that they will be unable to service my van but if I happen to have a vehicle that is less rusty I’m more than welcome to come back. I could understand if it was significant but it was. I also feel like the choice of words was exceptionally rude. I will gladly keep my membership at our current car wash and continue to patronize other establishments and share the experience we had here. It was a good and tough lesson for my very disappointed son. — Do better! Especially with your employees customer service skills.

  Very pricey for what you get and there isn't even a brush to clean the back of your vehicle so all of the dirt piles up there and drips down making it more dirty and leaving visible drips. Just keep going to kwik trip unless you have a gift card or maybe if you wash a lot and are willing to pay 42$ a month for a wash pass It's a typical buy the unlimited wash pass shtick so that's rather predatory since it's a big inconvenience to get out of line and it's rather embarrassing having to go through the whole speel They are also no free vacuums they are at least 3 dollars and they will run at you and ask you to leave even if you are just parked and trying to pay. I just left because of the principle. One other note they are rather strict with rust on a car. I don't have a problem with this just an FYI if there's more than a few spots of visible rust it can't go through ( which is fair) In response to the note of the business: I understand that there are cheaper options for unlimited passes but since they were not discussed by the attendant I would not have known about them at the time i actually had to google them later. Secondly while I understand the situation with the vacuums my problem was More about how I was treated for the misunderstanding while trying to buy their kit vs the fact I had to pay in the first place. I do apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the free washes as that is completely on me and I have edited my review to reflect that but I did pay for a wash for a different behicle FYI ( not saying the means I should get to vacuum other vehicles for free or anything just that I did actually utilize that service)
