  Our car was damaged in the car wash. No accountability and no offer of compensation. Pretty much, ‘we’re not taking care of your issue’. They could care less about keeping our business… just sent us on our way without any care. Terrible customer service. No comp to say, sorry for your terrible experience but we value you. No initial ‘I’m sorry this happened’ Beware! *a free car wash turned into a $250 bill!!!!! ps- this is a brand new car

  I went on a colder evening, but not one of the freezing nights. The couple people who were working there were friendly. There was only 1 person ahead of me. I think I purchased the second from the top tier wash. Unfortunately, "Express" is not always a good thing. I'd guess I was in & out in 90 seconds. The most disappointing part was how incredibly wet my car still was when I left. At Kwik Trip you get 90 seconds just to dry your car. At Tommy's, while their dryers seem extremely powerful, you're lucky to have 10 seconds of "dry" time. So when I left had to turn my wipers on so I could see. That's when I discovered the bag that had been placed over my rear wiper, unbeknownst to me. So then I had to pull over to remove this mysterious, sopping wet bag from my wiper. It was awful. In conclusion, I'll be sticking with Kwik Trip.

  This was the first time to Tommy's Express Car Wash. They explained the convenience of the app and helped with the final setup. She informed me of the monthly unlimited car washes for the price of a single car wash. I don't wash my car often but the process was so relaxing, I may wash more often.

  I went here for the first time to get a car wash and vacuum out my vehicle. Their parking lot was so icy where the vacuums were and I ended up falling. I didnt want to walk around finding someone so I called them afterwards and explained what happened and that they should really salt their parking lot. The response I got was oh thanks for letting us know we will take care of it. Not a are you okay or anything absolutely terrible encounter!

  Signed up today and got the best quality wash I’ve ever had! The young man who helped me, sorry can’t remember his name but he was so professional and made it a no-brainer. And it is so close to me I’ll be there every day!
