When I arrived they didn't have the vehicle because "somebody didn't bring it back" and "they've been extending their rental all week". The manager told me I could wait until noon when they closed to see if it was brought back which it wasn't. So her alternative was that I could take a car with less space. I'm traveling with 6 people and their luggage so that's not really helpful. After waiting a half an hour, I had to ask her to call other stores to see if they had a vehicle like the one I had reserved. Then I ran to Appleton to get a minivan before they closed at 1. This shouldn't be my problem as a customer. It's called a reservation for a reason. Zero stars. I'll never be back.
