    Mike and Mike were a blessing. Stopped in on a whim on my way through. They fit me in, and found THE NAIL, and patched it for me. Wonderful people, wonderful service. If I was from the area I would 150% come back.

    I’m from out of town and Michael and his team were amazing when, unexpectedly, my car battery needed to be replaced. Michael was able to juggle his staff and schedule to help me replace the battery. They were nice, quick, efficient, and most importantly, able to get me and my car going again! They were great and would absolutely recommend them.

    This is my second time here for 2 different things. Mike I believe the manager. He is straight up rude! not just to me, but three other people as well. I could not believe the lack of customer service from this guy. Today, I brought my car in for a full inspection and he firsts questions me for wanting to sit and wait. Then he said out loud in front of other customers “dude you need a new car” I replied “i don’t want a monthly” he came back with “well how can you afford to fix these issue” TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! i’ll be going elsewhere moving forward.

    Created an appointment a week in advance and received the automatic reply stating a representative would contact me with the approval to which I never received. Day of I call and ask if it was approved or not and I would've just gone elsewhere if it wasn't but I was told it was all good and to bring it on down. I get there and I'm told it will be many hours as they don't even have a bay available to get the car in. I'm no stranger to waiting for vehicle work to be done (already had one here take 5 hours which is why I avoided it for 2 years) but to approve the appointment that was listed as "I will wait for my vehicle" and then when I get there (after calling ahead to make sure it was approved) tell me that you don't even have anyone available to look at it for a substantial amount of time? Why even bother approving the appointment if you are that overbooked? How far in advance does someone need to make an appointment? I figured a week in advance for a MONDAY would be enough time but I guess not. Genuine disappointment for my first return back in 2 years, walked right back out that door and will be going somewhere else.
