- LSLisa SchlagelNov 10, 20251.0If I could give them 0 stars I would. I purchased a groupon certificate for a wheel alignment. Took it in. They efused to do the work until I have all these other things fixed. Approximately $3000.00 worth from "their" estimate. Bought the parts, cost me $300.00(getting 1 part from them was as much as ALL the parts I bought). Took my car to my mechanic . After taking the first part off , nothing wrong with it. Everything they said was wrong with my car was a lie. I now gave a new suspension on my car that has 50,000 miles on it. Scamming to get more money. My mechanic called them to verify they will do the alignment and not say I need anything else. They agreed. So my groupon was $130.00. Basically my alignment cost me 630.00 because of their scamming. Beware!

They were upfront and honest about my car needed more work before I could do an alignment so I didn’t have to pay for that twice. I had applied for the card, and unfortunately it didn’t work at the location and they helped me out and my car is drivable and I couldn’t be happier, I will recommend this place to my friends and family. Sawyer was such an amazing staff to work with. Thank you Car-x!!

We pulled into Car X ...my husband raised the hood, and Mike immediately came out to help us! Within 10 minutes he had our car on the hoist, examined it, sprayed & cleaned the brakes. He suggested a car wash or two. Mike was very friendly, and very helpful - We thank you and your crew!!
