  ボートトレーラーのタイヤとホイールバランスのチェックでこの店を訪れました 右側のタイヤ2本を外しただけでバランスのチェックもしないまま再装着しました ２時間も待たされた挙句 若いスタッフの作業ミスでホイールナットをかじりつかせてしまいスタッドボルトを2本も捻じ切ってしまったのです！ スタッフのミスなので本来なら無償で修理するのが筋ですがなんと70ドルも請求されたのです こんな素人のようなお粗末な作業でボートトレーラーを壊され怒り心頭です このショップは絶対にお勧めしません❗️

  Our experience at the Onalaska Goodyear location was great. We felt that we were getting the best service and that Paul truly cared that our car issues were going to be fixed. Everything was explained to us clearly. We happily drove home in a very safe car that would last us a long time.

  Everyone was so accommodating, from the first call, to the appt! The price was right, for top of the line tires! Paul (manager) & the entire team were so friendly & accommodating!
