A day after the tire rotation something was wrong with the car. I took it to my mechanic, and he discovered that every lug nut was loose on all four tires and this could have ended up really bad. And they are not willing to accept responsibility

Wouldnt recommend going to this place these people don't know what their doing and try and get side work off of what they screw up on shop time!
