Before I knew it or even called anyone, a tow truck pulled up behind me and a man named Rob from Silver Lake Auto and Tire came out to check on me. I was trying to get a hold of my insurance and asked if he would wait before towing me. He ended up waiting probably over 20 minutes before I got the green light for him to tow my truck. He was fast, super kind, and went out of his way to help me this morning. Top notch guy and if he is a representation of this business as a whole, you will be taken care of! Thanks, Rob!
