They are genuinely concerned about their customer and that they are happy with the vehicles they have. They even called a day before my rental and told me there was an issue finding the vehicle I wanted. They stayed in contact with me they were able to find the car I wanted but they were going to make sure that I was happy and that if I needed a different car they would help me get it. I highly recommend using them if you're in the need of a rental car great people
