- MMMatt1 day ago1.0After being involved in a minor fender bender I was referred to Elite Collision by a friend. I was told the damaged panel of my truck was going to be replaced. Communication was nonexistent. When I was told to come pick up my truck I found out they did the best they could to pound out the dent and used an unknown amount of bondo. They told me that it was what the insurance would cover. Since the truck belongs to me I feel like it would have been nice to be involved in the decision. The bondo work, sanding and paint is amateur at best. Not what I consider professional. They accepted the low price the insurance would cover and then did the work accordingly. They are more concerned about their bottom line than the quality of work. Traveler’s insurance is the company the other driver had who was covering the cost of the repair. That was also a bad experience that I will save for another review. I don’t expect over and above service, however when I came to get my truck it was covered in shop dust. In my experience with other shops they at least washed the vehicle before they gave it back. If you need body work I would use someone else.
